“Moggill Creek is greener, healthier and more stable thanks to the hard work of the Kenmore State High School Parents and Citizens Association.”
This is an observation which has been made on the Healthy Land and Water Awards website.
The initiative and hard work of the school’s Parents and Citizens Association has been recognised with the announcement that it is a finalist in the Healthy Land and Water Awards – Water Warrior Category for 2018.
The school has for many years nurtured and protected the creekside areas in its environs so this is a very fitting and well deserved achievement!
You can click here to open the website and read in more detail about the activities the group has been undertaking as part of its Environment Restoration Program.
The awards night will be held on 27 July.
The MCCG is delighted that the school has been recognised and we wish them every success!
